Wushu is a "performing sport" rooted in Chinese martial arts, emphasizing "Wu De" (martial code of conduct), which promotes integrity and moral courage. Learning Wushu enhances physical attributes like flexibility, speed, strength, coordination, and endurance, while also instilling discipline and respect. It's a safe and emerging sport, offering significant benefits for both health and character development.
