Storytelling Competition

The Storytelling Competition launched in 2024 for Primary 1 and Primary 2 students aims to foster creativity, ignite a passion for storytelling, and enhance essential communication skills. This competition provides students with an opportunity to prepare and share short stories with their classmates, showcasing their imagination and oral communication abilities.

Throughout the competition, students are encouraged to craft engaging narratives, captivate their audience, and effectively convey their stories. Emphasis is placed not only on the content of the stories but also on the delivery and presentation skills demonstrated by the students.

Short Story Writing Competition

The Short Story Writing Competition was launched in 2023 to complete the cycle from listening to publishing. (Listen ⇨ Read ⇨ Speak ⇨ Write). For this competition, students submit their stories online (SLS) after working on them. Selected stories are published in our annual “Our Stories” E-book. Level/Class Reading Competition

The Level/Class Reading Competition is a vibrant celebration of literacy and imagination, catering to students of all reading abilities. From picture books to chapter novels, every student has the chance to participate and shine, fostering essential skills like comprehension and critical thinking. As students immerse themselves in captivating stories, they not only sharpen their minds but also build camaraderie through shared experiences and a shared love for literature.
